North Shore Kitchens is the culmination of a lifetime of work in the kitchen and bath industry.
In March 2012, North Shore Kitchens opened their doors at 1501 Preble Avenue, just minutes from the Pittsburgh baseball & football stadiums and near The Rivers Casino located just off Beaver Ave.
Jim English, owner and designer, began his career in Pittsburgh more than 30 years ago with Pittsburghs famous St. Charles Kitchens located in Mt Lebanon, PA. From business management to concept and design, to sales and installation Jim has the experience in every aspect of the kitchen business. He has a talent for understanding how an ordinary kitchen space can be transformed into a functional workspace by incorporating state of the art appliances, countertops, and quality cabinetry into every project he and his team completes. His standard of excellence means that you will get service and products of the highest quality, with installation services that are second to none.

Sara Doliboa is a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has earned a Bachelor Degree of Science in Interior Design in March of 2006.
In early May of 2006, Sara began her career in the Kitchen & Bath business as a Designer with Jim English then the owner of LesCare Care Kitchens of Pittsburgh. Through the years and many business changes Sara has developed into a very dedicated and talented designer. Her expertise is in implementing creative AutoCAD presentations to include both floor plans and elevations. Attention to detail and consideration for the clients needs is her specific talent.
Its hard not to fall in love with the Kitchen and Bath Industry. Every project is different and challenging. I really enjoy getting to know a familys needs and design requirements that are the perfect match to fit their lifestyles. Most of the projects start with preexisting conditions; personalized taste, specific needs, sometimes a budget, and also a world of dreams. Combining all of these aspects into a new space and seeing the end result is truly a dream career for me.
