We built up a reputation for quality work with each satisfied customer. As we have grown, we have been careful not to compromise our commitment to quality. OUR PROCESS EXPLORE Before you begin any project, your remodeling specialist needs to understand your unique style and respect your budget. We use it as a way to better understand your goals and the characteristics of your space so we can confidently navigate the ins and outs of the remodeling process. In the meeting, well also share our expertise in material selections, knowledge of current design trends, understanding of important project considerations like budgeting and construction planning, and more. DESIGN Once we explore the exploration phase, well sign an Initial Planning Agreement, measure your space, and sketch different floor plans for space. Youll be able to review two to three design concepts that show a variety of floor plans, elevations, and 3D drawings, where applicable. Well also define general budgeting scenarios and start the materials selections process for space from one of our design studios in Alexandria or Rockville. REFINE Once the design concept is finalized, well capture the projects details like design finishes, material selection and construction requirements in the Construction Documents contract and sign the contract. Youll also meet your Project Manager and talk about the next steps of the project during the onsite project review. BUILD At this stage, the remodeling process begins. Our Project Manager will maintain close communication with you throughout the build, and youll stay up-to-date on the various steps in the project as they happen.
